Veris Bouwmaterialengroep BV acts as the back office of the affiliated companies BouwCenter and Imabo.
The core bussiness of Veris is purchasing, logistics, data processing and information management. One of the main tasks is the procurement of building materials, timber and underlayment, tools and hardware, kitchens, tiles and sanitary products.

The back office is located in Woerden. In this office, general management, purchasing, accounting, data processing and information management are located.
All disciplines fulfill the needs of our affiliated companies.

Logistics

One of the main pillars of the success of Veris is the logistics department. Thanks to our own logistics center, Veris Logistiek Centrum (VLC) in Echt, a nationwide computer network and an efficient distribution system, each Veris location can ensure a rapid logistics handling of their orders.

Logistics center

The VLC with more than 27,000 square meters of storage space is a vital link between suppliers and their warehouses of BouwCenter and Imabo branches. Articles with a low stock turnover, but also highly specialized articles don’t need precious space in the warehouses of the affiliated companies. Via VLC the companies always dispose of a very wide range. There is an intensive distribution service available with articles almost daily being delivered. These are articles from our own stock, but also products from suppliers.
